Showing Notifications
Listing agents or sellers receive showing requests by email, text message or InstaCall and by using the CSS Scheduler website ( or the CSS Mobile App. Upon approval, buyer’s agents are informed of appointment confirmations and showing instructions.

Feedback Made Easy
Upon the conclusion of the appointment, an automated feedback request email is sent to the buyer’s agent. It contains a predetermined message and a feedback survey from the listing agent. Feedback results from showings are gathered by CSS Scheduler where the listing agent can share reports with their client.
